  • Group IB Fest by subject - areas w/ a display and activity

  • Master Schedule handbook to be discussed

  • new guidelines have been set for RooTube
  • no new field trips thru CSTs this year, and next year no approved trip from Feb-April

- Awards
  • need a 6th grade member
  • join committee now instead of giving comments later
  • tentative dates for next awards ceremony - May 27, 28, 29
